Terms of Service - ARQ Studio

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ARQ Studio's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

ARQ Studio provides comprehensive interior fit-out and design services including:

Commercial interior fit-out projects
Residential interior design and construction
Hospitality interior solutions
Retail space design and build
Design and Build services
GFC (Good for Construction) project execution

3. Project Engagement

All projects require a formal agreement outlining scope, timeline, and budget. The engagement process includes:

Initial consultation and site assessment
Detailed proposal and quotation
Signed agreement with payment terms
Design development and approval phases
Construction and project execution
Final inspection and handover

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are determined per project and typically include milestone-based payments. A deposit is required before work commences. All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule to avoid project delays.

5. Design Ownership

All designs, drawings, and documentation prepared by ARQ Studio remain the intellectual property of ARQ Studio until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the designs for the specified project only.

6. Changes and Modifications

Any changes or modifications to the approved design or scope of work must be requested in writing. Additional charges may apply for design revisions or scope changes requested after project commencement.

7. Warranty and Liability

ARQ Studio warrants that all work will be completed in a professional manner according to industry standards. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to regulatory approvals, material availability, or client-caused delays.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date, including design fees and any non-refundable deposits paid to suppliers or contractors.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, in accordance with Indian laws.
